How to make Turkish Coffee
Making Turkish coffee is an art , since it's you have to put the right measure of water for one "fingan" which is a small cup especially for turkish coffe in the coffee pot (Kanka) of which you have to start with room temperature water then put the right doze of very fine ground coffee (5 to 6 gm) then steer the coffee & water until homogenic then put on low flame while steering all time all most of time & while heating you can add the sugar according to your taste no sugar ( sada) , little sugar (ala reha) , medium sugar (man out) sweet (zyada) then you can pour into th Fengan either before boiling to serve with wesh ( foamy) or after boiling for 45 seconds without wesh & enjoy.
