From every Thursday through Sunday you can enjoy live music at our outdoor deck, surrounded by huge oak trees, overlooking the tranquil and scenic Lake Austin.
The service is excellent and the beverages served are professionally prepared by skilled servers. You are first greeted by the aroma of fresh pastries and coffee. We happened to be there on a Thursday so the experience of sitting on a deck by the water listening to fantastic music was magical. This location gets an A as a great first date suggestion.
The coffee was flavorful without being strong with a short aftertaste that made drinking it with food idea. To steal from brewers lingo the coffee was sessionable. Meaning that you could have a large cup and not be sick of it by the time you finish it and its not quite warm. We took a pound home and brewed a pot and we got the same great tasting cofee that we expereinced in the cafe. We need only figure out how to get a lake into the tiny back yard of our mid-town Toronto home.
