Horrible customer service, harassed by owner
This coffee shop is the most disgusting, unwelcoming and unprofessional coffee place I have even been to in guelph. The owner takes pride in yelling and disrespecting customers for ridiculous reasons such as asking for hot water for tea refills and likes to create scenes in front of young children. It is an extremely ghetto franchise with no business so I don't see why it even exists. If you ever consider getting coffee from here it should be your last resort.
