Based on the Czech bar the owners fell in love with oon their honeymoon if I remember. "Gulu-Gulu" is at least French for "glug glug" and this cafe offers full bar, good food, music in the evenings, and funky local art on the walls and inked waitstaff. Cafe culture. Recommended. Wed eve us open mic - bar svc only after 6pm. Funky music, bad poetry, weird mc.
