Our roastery cafe is open to the public Monday to Saturday from 9 to 4. Come in and join us with a brew, an espresso or a hand crafted specialty drink such as an Americano or a latte and a fresh baked pastry. You can sample a selection of our single origin coffees and blends, learn about the roasting process, or how to get the best cup of coffee at home.

Our goal in roasting is to respect the qualities of each coffee farmers efforts and bring balance to each roast; harnessing the individual characteristics and qualities of carefully selected single origin beans. Allowing the nuances of each region to shine through brings a variety of different flavours to the table. The skill of the roaster lies in knowing how to develop the sweetness and aromatic qualities of various beans.
